For those using OE, I'd say to back up the database periodically ... Just
grab them and stick them on a zip disk or CD. They won't get corrupted
there. If there is trouble later, you can restore what you have saved by
replacing the database. I have never had this problem, maybe my address book
is too pathetic and small - not even the devil in OE can be bothered. Or
maybe regular maintenance like compacting and rebuilding message and
databases has saved me so far?
