I'm on my 5th HP in 10 years, not just with Macs but PC's too - I have a 3820C now which is really neat, but the Print Cartridges run out really quickly compared to my other printers! (4L, 5L, 693C, 840) All of the above printers except for the 693C still work - and that one was only because it fell out the car - not like my StyleWriter II which fell down a 100-foot metal staircase and still works :S I have also an Epson Stylus C62 which is quite good but runs out of ink even faster.
