About one month ago I purchased a new HP Deskjet 5150, which is working fine on my PowerMac 7300/180. I will admit though that it takes a very long time for the printer driver to load. And printing is very, very, very, slow. Usually nearly three minutes for one page (New York font, size 12, no images, just the one type of font, regular letter).
I tried increasing the memory allocation, and that didn't help at all. My old USB Epson 850 was much quicker, but it has bit the dust. -- vjamacaddict > From: Joshua Yeidel <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > The Epsons might be different in practice, but the party line is essentially > the same. > > I'm just trying to avoid another debacle like I had with the HP.
