Does it have a pass thru connector, i.e. a second connector to allow another
device further in the chain?  If it doesn't, its probably internally
terminated.  I have used an old Epson scanner that was this way.

If it has a pass thru connector, then either there is a way to enable
termination, or it just happens to work, which would mean you should get a
terminator for it (at any time, it might stop working, or start getting
flaky, without any warning or logic to when and why it does so, in my
experience anyway).
