I'm working on two convertec LC 5xx all-in-ones and a Performa 630.

The LC's are now sporting 68040/33 motherboards and the 630's stock.

I want to provide the same CD for the kids that'll get these, but is all
one has to do to a CD to make it bootable just include a System Folder?

I thought there was more to it than that......
