I added a controller card so I can connect an additional drive. Took the 16MB video RAM from my dead G3 Blue & White, installed that, USB, DSL, G3 500Mhz CPU upgrade.
16mb video ram - what is that - are there bigger vram dimms to get somewhere ???

I also use 8.6 and 9.1. I
the upgrade to 9.2.1 is said to make it faster compared to 9.1 - I just moved over the open GL extensions from 9.2.1 and it became slightly faster , (since the cpu sonnett upgrade refused to function well with 8.6) and then the startupdisk panel from 9.2.1 (it lets you start from a chosen systemfolder on the same partition/hd)
