Hi,
I have mac os 10.2.8 installed on a 9600/G4 700. My question is when I try to use safari or explorer they both error out. Usually it only happens when try to type something in, like a search at yahoo, etc. I do have mozilla 1,7rc 3 installed and it works fine. I also cannot use the mail program that is on the dock. It errors out almost as soon as it starts.
Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

How many PCI cards do you have in your 9600? I have a Sonnet G4/800 and had to fiddle with PCI card placement to get a stable OS X system. In my case placing my USB, Firewire, and ATA cards in the 'upper' (closest to the CPU) slots and my Mac Radeon in one of the lower slots solved my stability issues.
