How about a USB PCI card and that lovely Apple Pro one button mouse, a nice
white one like mine. Fabulous improvement. If it is your main machine, put
in a cheap PCI video card like a twin turbo and run another screen side by
side. Better stop otherwise I will end up suggesting a big Ford XY 1971 like
mine...
