There are lot of sites around.

http://www.sustworks.com/ has some good info.

Anything special we'll need to watch out for with a 7300/200 running 7.5.5 connecting with WinXP and Mac OS X computers?

Upgrade to System 7.6.1 or newer with its Open Transport. It has a more reliable DHCP client and DNR built-in.

At the IP level, everyone will be happy.

For file sharing... You'll either have to get something like DAVE or use ftp between the 7300 and PC. The 7300 will be able to access the OS X Mac via AppleTalk.

If the OS X machine is running Panther, it will be able to talk to the PC's SMB volumes. But it may have problems talking to the 7300's AppleTalk shares (so initiate the access from the 7300) (this is a bug in Panther).
