Hello to all. I hope 2006 finds you well and isolated from the recent disasters of 2005.
I've been a PCI List Member since forever but its been a long time since I've contributed to the PCI List because its been a long time since anything wierd has happened on any of the PCI Macs I'm using. They are magical. I still have a 6-slot 9600/800 and a pair of 6-slot Daystar Genesis MP 800+ towers in daily use (and my wife has the G3 B&W and G4 AGP Graphics) so there is a lot of PCI stuff around the house. I know that I'm going to get one of the Quad 2.5 G5s as soon as they become obsoleted by the Intel-powered PowerMacs, but I'm not in a hurry to trade up because I don't know what to do with my PCI stuff once I get a new G5. I'm actually fond of these things in the same way I used to be fond of my old Ducati motorcycles.
