Good afternoon
Allow server means the program you set this option to will allow
non confirmed connections incoming The program is acting as a
server.
The pass lock means the program this option is set to will still
be able to access the internet when you have the "lock" function
set. If this option is not enabled it will not be able to
access the internet until you release the lock or enable the
pass.
