In the wee hour of 12:54 PM 7/7/01 -0400, � bequeathed such tales as these:

When you restart and you are at the a: prompt, what happens when you type
in c:, if nothing then the drive has not been formatted.  Have you
formatted the drive after running fdisk or have you just run fdisk to set
the partition active?  At the a: prompt type "format c: /s" without the
quotes, and then restart.  After restart you can install windows.
