Ralph, This is very interesting and something I never thought of. Everyone has their preferences and it seems the majority post the replies at the beginning of the thread. There are times I may need to begin at the bottom and work up, but most of the time I only need to scroll down to one message to see the original if I need a refresher. Those who place replies at the bottom, how often do you think other skip pass the original email to see yours? The subject, if worded correctly, gives a general indication of the original message, so when you see the reply, you generally understand what is being discussed. Out of this thread, the most important thing to do, is word the subject line properly. The biggest problem is with people replying different ways, then you have replies out of chronological order.
