When you do that, no one knows who sent the original message or to whom you are replying. :-) You should always keep the name and email address intact of the person you're replying to, and of the original post. That's all there is to it-no ecleaner, no Word, no colors. I've taught this to most of my correspondents, especially the ones who seem to think the only Toolbar button to use is "Forward".
