Hi David and Bob ... My having MSWord 2000 when others might be sending me documents
of a later version can't be the reason. If I send a document to myself (2000 to 2000),
I get the same "Sorry" window. This never happened before; I've reinstalled Netscape,
reinstalled MSWord, and all that's left to do is reinstall the system (which I now do
almost on a regular basis, maybe once a year; seams to be my lot in life.).

To answer Bob, "What program am I using for my email?" ... I don't know what you call
it; it's not Outlook Express. It's the email program that comes with subscribing to
the Internet; I get it from my ISP (which is "rcn.com"). The icon in the lower right
hand corner of the browser. I click it and up pops my pop.rcn.com email. I once saw it
listed as pop3.

Dorian suggests I do contact McAfee, as suggested by my ISP. I suppose I'll do that
before reinstalling the system, but that's a puzzle to me; see my comment below ...
