Harold, you still haven't mentioned if *ALL* IE windows are now
opening in *TRUE* MAXIMIZED screen.  Fav's folder, desktop
shortcuts, links in OE, etc.

While I'm here, just want to update you on that problem I had
when Internet
Explorer would not open maximized. Seems  I was using the icon
in Quick Launch
that came with the pre-installed system.

That was a strange icon in that it had the appearance of a
shortcut (had the
"change icon" button), but did not have a "Run" drop-down menu
... probably
wasn't really a shortcut.

I solved the problem by deleting it and placing a copy of the
*real* shortcut
that was in the Start menu into Quick Launch. Opened the "Run"
drop-down menu
in Properties, changed "normal" to "maximized" and that did it.
Now if all our
problems were that easy to solve, we wouldn't need PCWorks ...
