Why can't your "techie" fix this for you? ;-) I don't understand how you can have a "white space" where a folder once was. If you delete a folder there's not going to be any gap where it was. What kind of folder view layout are you using, thumbnails? I think for thumbnail view there might be a gap. -Clint

It's possible it's some kind of virus, but the info I read wasn't very sure. The icon looks kind of like a shredder and a waste basket with an open floppy box next to it. I'm STILL running the anti-spy, which I started yesterday at 3:30 p.m. 23 hours later, it still hasn't found anything and is only about halfway through it's job.
