Did you inadvertently drag in inside another folder? I've done that. It's easy to do. Hope you didn't drag it inside the deleted items folder.
Does the folder show up as a dbx file in the Outlook Express folder at all? If it doesn't then it's gone but usually things just don't disappear. I've been using Outlook ever since Office 2003 came out. MS finally got most of it right. I never liked it before.
