Do you need them as images?

We have a couple of tools at http://www.bcltechnologies.com for converting PDF
to images, or extracting images from PDFs, but they are Windows-only.

What version of Acrobat are you using? If it's version 4 or 5, you might be
able to use the Graphics Select Tool to copy out the bar codes. If it's
version 6, it might only allow you to select them if they were originally
images when converted to PDF. If they're stored as test or a series of lines,
I'm not sure if it would work.
