Running Vista and

0.4.1 out of the box (apt-get)
0.4.5 can be compiled after installing packages required by pdfedit  
(boost, zlib, ...)

I have not been doing it for a long time and there had been many changes  
in our configure scripts but it was straight forward process!
no problem detected so far but I have not been using andLinux exhaustively.
