I believe that the power consumption issue and size will be one of the selling points
for 35mm slrs in the future. Somehow I expect the LX to be more relevant than the Z-1p
here. The storage problem is about to be solved by incorporating phone system in the
cameras back offering downloading of images to a server. Canon have signed a deal with
Nokia about this. Personally, I use different bodies mainly for shooting different
film types. If I'm going digital I expect not need as many camera bodies as I do now.
