The focus problem is caused by the same worn out mirror bumpers as the
sticky mirror problem. Like most used LX cameras, it will require a
sticky mirror fix. Are you in the Us? Pentax USA does it for around $170
along with an overall CLA. (And they seem to have gotten better at it in
recent months.) I believe the Pentax repair facilities in other parts of
the world provide a similar service.
