A few months back, at a "Pentax Day" at a local camera shop, I went in and
chatted with the sales rep and a technician doing free adjustments and
checks to Pentax cameras. I mentioned my recently acquired LX, and he sort
of oooh'd in a good way, and mentioned that he is in line to get LX repair
training soon, and is looking forward to it. It seems they still have high
internal regard for the LX, and take the LX and its repair quite seriously
at Pentax USA.
Cheers,
Gerald
