The foam & its adhesive can be ordered from Colorado at a special (read very low) to
repair facilities. The little pincher tool is ultra cheap too. The indication is that
he's
an honest man and doesn't feel comfortable working on the camera. I'm glad he turned
down
fixing it, as you need someone who has the tools and is comfortable with the LX.
