So, what's up?  You got egg on yer face, too?  It wasn't misleading at
all.  You just proved that people see only what they want to see.  Go
over the whole description carefully.  It was described as not working,
and not only did it say that the sale was final, it also said that the
camera was being sold "as is".  Only the leather case was still
functional.  If the lens is still good, that could be worth $35-50. The
"Overall Great Condition" clearly never applied to the camera.  But feel
free to imagine anything you want to imagine.

If Colin leaves him negative feedback, I'm sure he will get some in
return, too.  Something about not being able to read.
