I just use Canon File Viewer. I've tried all the other stuff, but it works well enough and is free. If I need some noise reduction I'll use Breezebrowser.
First I make all my color corrections and exposure adjustments, then I convert to tiff. If I'm doing digital proofs, I run Breezebrowser to create html with a custom template. For paper proofs, I'll convert again to jpg's of the correct size, and run a b/w action for those I want to convert. tv > -----Original Message----- > From: Bruce Rubenstein [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > > > Which converter/viewer are you using, and what do you do > for proofs? > > BR > > > --- tom <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > I just can't bring myself to shoot jpeg in camera, as raw > gives you so > > much flexibility wrt white balance and exposure compensation. > > > > I do however *print* jpegs now for the aforementioned reasons. > > > > tv > > > > > > > __________________________________ > Do you Yahoo!? > Yahoo!
