<Mutley snigger> No backhanders needed, it's simply a straightforward and cost effective way of getting light through Wetzlar glass and onto film. Who needs all that bulk and opulence of an 'M' body?? It's superb. > >I've never regretted it, though. It's a lovely little camera. And so this is an opportune moment for me to mention that my little CL is going to get me to America ;-) Unfortunately, I somehow doubt that if I show up to the check-in desk and present a Leica CL and 40mm f/2 Summicron-C, they'll let me on the plane to GFM. Sadly, something has to go, and the CL is it. I haven't prepared anything in the way of info of pics, but will do so soon and post properly. If anyone is interested, please email me off list. It's in Exc cond (signs of use) but has had a recent full CLA (details supplied) including a full rebuild of the lens with new parts and factory tolerances reset. Everything working fine. No case. Original owner's manual. This is a 'user' camera - there are prettier ones made for shelves - not this one. As Frank has mentioned, it lives for the street. PDML discount price - only 375 complete. Postage at cost. If no sale here, it will appear on eBay with a start of 375 and a BIN of 395. I really sad to see it go, but I need to raise funds for GFM 04.
