I have had it with those guys myself, too many times looking for items like ink or paper they try and sell me something else, with film I was looking for say hp5+ or kodak 400uc, Oh you need this film instead ( as he pulls out kodak max or some crap ) etc. Also tho I'm not surprised as to the lack of knowledge of their staff or arrogance. I remember once a manager tried to convince me there was no such thing as an epson 2200 and I needed to buy a canon 9000 instead, then later that the epson 2200 only has light black ink, not photo black or matte black, and it oges on and on and on
