I don't want to make a huge deal of it. This store has not been open long and many of the employees are young kids who are probably still learning the art of creative sales. I doubt the veterans at Henry's would act this way. I've often visted the main store in Toronto and never felt they favoured any camera manufacturer over another. I'm going to write it off as young sales reps who have a lot to learn and continue going to the two family run photography stores in the area — Burlington Camera (an excellent place very knowledgeable about Pentax equipment and Camtech (a small camera store in Hamilton that does excellent repairs and has good used Pentax gear.) The actions of those employees were inexcusable though. I would recommend sending a letter to Henry's president explaining your frustration, mentioning in the letter your letter to the PDML, sending a copy to Pentax Canada, and mentioning that in the letter also. Perhaps a letter writing campaign from the Canadian PDML would be in order as well. Rabble rousing Butch
