While I'm not the normal shooter (no commemnt from the peanut gallery!)
AF has been a serious consideration in each of my last three purchases -
the PZ-1p (my entry into AF), the MZ-S (multipoint AF), and now the *ist-D
(focus points below the center of the frame).

For fast-moving cars moving towards you (and eyes that are losing their
acuity) each of these cameras has improved my ability to get the shot I
want (the *ist would have served as well as the *ist-D in that regard,
but I had other reasons for wanting to get into the digital arena).
