What are you talking about? The 16-45 is DA, not fully functional on
film cameras. 18-35 is the option there (except if you have an
old-interface camera, 'cause it has no aperture ring). And the 14mm is
a f2.8 DA prime. Are you saying they should not have marketed the
FA24/2.0 or even the FA50/1.4 because of the FA28-80/4.5-5.6?

Digital and film are different formats.
