If you're using the latest version of Picture Window Pro you'll have the Advanced Sharpen function on the Transformation menu.
Go to <http://www.dl-c.com/> - click on "Articles" and scroll down to the "Using the Advanced Sharpen Transformation" white paper. Also check out the message board. There are several threads on sharpening.
Advanced Sharpen has quite a few features, including speck removal and noise reduction. You can use them all or turn off those you don't want. It also has an option for Luminance only sharpening.
