I think there are a couple of things going on. First is the problems that we have had with komkon these past few months. Second is that it is summer for most of the list. Strangely enough folks tend to be out taking photos (and doing other interesting things) in the summer instead of sitting around talking about them.

I have always thought of PUG as a gallery. A place to show your best work to the world.

PAW (I admit I like PESO better, both because it is not a take off of another lists thing, and then more laid back feeling of "Photo Every So Often" over "Photo A Week"), on the other, hand is a place to show what you are experimenting with, to get ideas, and help, and yes, criticism. They seem to be complimentary ideas to me.
