Me too on all counts. Since I've pared down my film kit the only motorized advance I have is the winder for the LX so I'm relying on the *ist D currently for any subjects than need high speed shooting. It's let me down on a few occasions now at the track and during concerts. FPS and buffer spec's like the 20D offers would be perfect.
