Hi Frank .... As you may have gathered from several of my recent posts, the idea of a DSLR is appealing to me as well, and the Pentax is a nice choice if for no other reason than the size is about perfect and we do have a plethora of lenses that will work with it. My biggest concern is that it doesn't have enough range to do high quality B&W work
BTW, Mike Johnson has made some similar comments in his most recent Sunday Morning kvetch ... BTW, the tape job on Juan's istD looks great!
