Thumbs Plus 6 or 7 (not Pro) is giving me problems reading PEF files (I
can't seem to set this up..), perhaps the Pro version can, but I can't find
that version. BreezeBrowser it very convenient/good overview, but does
apparently not support database functions/searching for my own key words
("comments") (I have now asked the company about this). ACDSee does (it has
a "database" as a menu/toolbar function. And it shows PEF as well and I
believe it features some sort of batch RAW convertion as well (Which I don't
relly need, since I'm using Phase One LE). Right now my prefered organizer
application has got to be ACDSee, except it doesn't have a convincing
overview/user interfase.

Thanks for all the bright ideas, guys!

I have spent the last 5 minutes checking out BreezeBrowser. It's actaully
also a RAW converter. The features are somehow similar to those of Phase One
LE. I haven't done any conversion yet, but the tools seem fine - the
sharpning tools seem even better than Phase One (Unsharp Mask). What I miss
is The optional thumb-nail-bar, that Fotostation features, enableing me to
"drag and drop" images into most common applications, like Word or Outlook.

So, now I'll take a look at ThumbsPlus, which is as expensive as
FotoStation.
Until then...

Thanks. Do you know if ACDSee supports PEF files?

I use ACDSee which came free with my Optio MX.
