I have a Z-1p and like it a lot. My only complaint is that it doesn't have a 
PC connection. I'm a bit jealous of your kit as mine are all K and M series 
lenses with the exceptions of my FA* 300/4.5 and an A50/1.7.
Pentax does not make a battery grip for it. These people do;

PS Does anyone know of a GOOD hotshoe/PC connector. I bought a cheap one at 
Ritz and it missed more often then fired. I finally went to my K-1000 and 
had no more problems with the flash. Of course, maybe the solution is just 
to buy a decent, relatively high powered, shoe flash.
