Well Paul, that sounds like a delicious meal ...was it pig or cattle meat? and then turnips ... that is a delicacy ... in Sweden we have a dish called "rotmos" which is potatoes and turnips mashed with pork ... a good beer ... yeah it is winter meal, making winter acceptable. Peter
