The first one "feels like" it was shot as digital. It has all the
hallmarks of the few times I've used digital cameras (always cheap
ones), including a slow "shutter speed" even in bright light and
noticeable color shifts where movement occurred during exposure ... or
that's what it seems like to me, anyway. And I concur, David was
robbed.
