I guess the judge is not one of us "cat" people from PDML :)
As I said it's just an informal thing and isn't judged by artistic merit or "rules".
It's entirely the opinion or whoever's doing the judging. Most of the shop staff
weren't that impressed with the first placegetter either. I am not sure who
actually did the judging.
I wonder if next month I should submit a better image or one I don't like :)
