there was a similar story over here a few years ago. A newsreader and her partner (not the child's father) had photographed her toddler playing in the bath, the lab had forwarded the shots to the police, and there was a big stink about it. As far as I remember people saw sense in the end, but not after the newsreader and her partner had been dragged through the tabloids.
