I told the photographers to try the local Wal-Mart, which does pretty good
quality and quickly. They processed the film but then refused to print the
pictures because some of the shots showed our models bare-breasted.  I was
completely floored by this insanity!  The photographers who shot film had
to wait until they got home to get their negatives printed.

Wal-Mart's policy is to not print pictures that show genitalia or
breasts.
I think this was a moral prudery issue for Sam Walton.
Anyway, with the PR problems they already have, they don't want to bring any
more moral crusaders down on them, so they are doubly careful.

There are not many things that I consider pure evil, but censorship is
definitely one of them.

Please note, that for most labs, it is censorship under duress.
