What you are missing is that the Adobe RAW converter WB settings are generic 
and the ones in the Pentax software (or as shot in PCR) are the same as in 
camera.

If you wish to have all the in camera WB setting replicated in PCR then shoot 
at each of the WB settings and when you open each file in PCR save the settings 
subset White Balance then you will be able to replicate any in-camera preset. 
In all other regards the Pentax convertor offers no comparison to PCR.
