LOL, your procedure sounds pretty safe however you don't seem to be factoring 
the travel and duplicate equipment costs into your price per GB :-)

Just looking in an Officworks catalogue that was rammed into my post box this 
morning an external Lacie 250GB drive is AU$239 and a 50 pack of TDK DVD ROMs 
are AU$37.95 (235GB) and an Imation 16x external DVD burner is AU$169, so I 
can't really see a cost advantage to either ;-)
