If I get a forged USPS mo, I've already got the cash. If I go to my bank
with a phoney WU (or other) mo, and it turns out not to be good, the money
is taken from my account. A forged USPS mo is investigated, so it is said,
by the postal authorites. My bank couldn't give a shit - they got their
monet, and I probably get some kind of service charge tacked on as well.
