No, in the States, "Postal money order" means a money order issued by 
the U.S. Postal Service. (As opposed to "A money order that goes berserk 
and starts attacking people for no reason".) You can get them at any 
Post Office.

I think that's one of the default choices in any ebay auction. Perhaps 
it can be turned off and the seller can specify "See auction details for 
payment instructions", but I forget if this is possible.

Perhaps Shel should have written "USPS Money Order" instead of "Postal 
Money Order" and should have put "See auction details" in the Payment 
Methods Accepted section, but this is *really* nit-picking. He made it 
clear enough for just about anyone with two working synapses. (and 
anyone else could have contacted the seller for clarification.)

Just goes to show that you really do have to allow for the lowest common 
denominator when writing eBay listings.
