Why should you have to make a trip to their place? They caused the  
problem, not you!

You need to be meaner, Ann.  I'd tell them to come pick it up if it  
was me.

Example:  I used to go through the drive through at a local fast food  
place sometimes in the morning to pick up breakfast.  One morning I  
got to my studio only to find the wrong order in the bag.  I'd paid  
for the right order, but they gave me the wrong bag.  I got on the  
phone and called them and asked for the manager.  He said to bring it  
back and they'd give me the right stuff.  I told him it was their  
fault and I expected them to deliver the right order.  Ten minutes  
later one of their people was at my door with the correct order and  
left with the other bag.  I have a very low tolerance for people who  
screw up and want to intrude on me to fix their mistakes.
