Quite big IMO. P4 is a dog at 1.7 (Willamette core.. I'm sure about 99%) but later models (speaking about Northwood) are as good as a P4 can be. Prescott is crap.
Buy one if your motherboard can accept it. And buy more RAM too: 1024MB is really a minimum to be comfortable.
