IIRC, it's not Pentax that you should be miffed at but the company that processes the rebates and possibly Ritz. Did you get an order/invoice number from Ritz when you placed the order in July? If so, that's the only date the rebate center has to work with. How carefully did you read the terms and conditions of the rebate? Seems like you may be in part responsible if you didn't read all the details, ask questions, or act in a timely manner.
