Sorry mate, I guess I too am guilty of getting worked up over things on list 
that I ought not be... just having a "JCO moment", and I apologise.

FWIW, I do agree it works a treat in some cases, I was really just concerned 
in some cases it did not where I thought it should, so I guess I went 
searching for a way to demonstrate a potential issue.

Anyways, no offence taken... and certainlty I'm nothing less than ecstatic 
with the overall performance of my K10D so far.  Night and Day comparted to 
my *istD.  Or my MZ3, or my LX, or my MX, or my SuperA, or my MESuper, or my 
Spotmatic.  Sad really, in a good way.
